items should be unworn, unused, and in original packaing. Include all accessoies , manuals, and tags.
customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us.
The actual color of the product that you see on our website may differ slightly from what shown, due to lighting defferences, individual pc monitor color settings, photography styles, etc.. do not encourage return or refund for any of our product as we take most care in ensuring high quality standerds for all our products.However if any customer has received damaged or defective clothing,they can initiate a refund request within 24hrs of product receipt with an opening video proof.
